Electronic voting and online meetings are CtreehouseLab's online decision-making platform that lets redevelopment and reconstruction associations hold resolutions without in-person gatherings. The roster built during the consent stage carries straight over into the meeting roster, and with identity verification, real-time turnout, and results-hidden tallying it supports transparent decisions compliant with Article 45 of the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act.

During a vote, only the turnout is shown in real time; the for/against tally is revealed only after voting closes, preventing cognitive bias. From activity logs, it also forecasts meeting attendance ahead of time to help secure a quorum.

Members authenticate and vote directly from a smartphone, the consent-stage roster carries straight into the meeting roster, and co-owners and multi-property holders are counted automatically.
It's designed to comply with Article 45 of the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act, and we pursue legal effect through e-notarization and certified electronic documents.
During an active vote, only the participation rate is shown in real time. The for/against tally is only revealed after voting has fully closed. This is a deliberate design to prevent vote bias.
